At Derma Repair Skincare, we are committed to delivering products you will love. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • For hygiene and safety, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items or products purchased during promotions (unless defective).

  • Gift cards and free promotional items.

How to Return:

    within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
